Seobify provides technical SEO, content marketing, web design and development, social-media management, paid-media management, and brand strategy. Deliverables and timelines are defined in a written proposal or project agreement.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and current project and contact information.
• Do not interfere with site security, availability, or other users.
• Respect Seobify and third-party intellectual-property rights.

4. Payment and Cancellation

Fees and payment milestones are established by the agreed project scope. Work completed up to a client-initiated cancellation remains payable. Completed digital services are non-refundable unless the written agreement states otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

Site content, Seobify branding, reusable systems, and proprietary utilities remain protected by intellectual-property law. Project-specific rights are transferred only as described in the written proposal or agreement.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

We apply current technical standards and search-engine guidance, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party services or specific rankings. Search algorithms, advertising platforms, hosting providers, and external links remain outside our control.

7. Changes to These Terms
